My question is: What difference does someones name make?

Since most of the Apostles and followers of Jesus were JEWS (AS WAS JESUS) I could ask why they were called Christians… Probably because they picked the name out of the bible.
Perhaps you didn’t know this, but Christianity stemmed from judaism. The tens of thousands of first Christians were of Jewish origin. Christians and Jews share the same Old Testament. (Only Jews don’t consider it to be “Old” Testament, obviously).
The camp is really sensitive about his name…….Abe Lincoln’s camp was not. There is the difference. A name is a name…….But 911 made us all very aware of anything resembling the mid east.
Abrahams parents were of european decent. Lincoln is an Anglo last name, or Caucasion to you uneducated who seem to think he was jewish. There were not any jews or arabs in our country in the 1700′s. Up until the 1900′s before both WW1 and WW2, there were maybe a few thousand jews in the US. In the arabic, it is Abrahim

While I agree with your first argument (names don’t matter), don’t be so stupid as to argue that Muslims only hate us because we made them hate us. Please explain to me why Muslims attack people all over the world who have virtually no affiliation with the United States, such as Kashmir.
