Can someone explain this quote on education by Lincoln? The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next. Abraham Lincoln quote? I’m really bad at translating ancient language like Shakespeare, and apparently also language used in the civil war. I need help translating what Lincoln is saying. It seems like a really long run-on sentence to me.
