How and why are the amercian imperialist so eagar to impearlize us?
Whats the agenda? How ignorant do they think we are? ” You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time” Abraham Lincoln You can’t fool this cookie!

Answer by PRS ♥ Thace
Um how exactly are they imperializing us? By installing governments so that people of that country can rule themselves, independent of external influences? Look at Afghanistan, previously they were under the rule of a regime that did utterly despicable acts to its citizen’s. Now its own people can elect leaders THEY want and those leaders respect their citizens. I live in Australia. The only American imperialization I see is the occasional military ship stopping off in town to resupply, or McDonald’s. Think about what you said. You cannot fool all the people all the time. Well, if they were really up to something bad, wouldn’t EVERYONE see it? Think about it, the Americans sure have done some bad stuff, but seriously, how can you compare them to say, Soviet Russia or Nazi Germany?

Picture respectful, responsible, obedient children who entertain themselves without television or video games, do their own homework, and have impeccable manners. A pie-in-the-sky fantasy? Not so, says family psychologist and bestselling author John Rosemond. Any parent who so desires can grow children who fit that description — happy, emotionally healthy children who honor their parents and their families with good behavior and do their best in school.

In the 1960s, American parents stopped listening to their elders when it came to child rearing and began listening instead to professional experts. Since then, raising children has become fraught with anxiety, stress, and frustration. The solution, says John, lies in raising children according to biblical principles, the same principles that guided parents successfully for hundreds of years. They worked then, and they still work now!

Through his nationally syndicated newspaper column and eleven books, John has been helping families raise happy, well-behaved children for more than thirty years. In Parenting by The Book, which John describes as both a “mission and a ministry,” he brings parents back to the uncomplicated basics. Herein fi nd practical, Bible-based advice that will help you be the parent you want to be, with children who will be, as the Bible promises, “a delight to your soul” (Pro. 29-17). As a bonus, John also promises to make you laugh along the way.

Why did abraham lincoln say:?
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time.

What made him say that?

Answer by Tom K
Even though this was said in a political context, it was and still is true of the world in general. The implication was that his opposition was trying to fool the people of the nation.

Some people will accept anything said by a supposed authority. Sometimes, everyone will believe what is said. But eventually people catch on when this so-called authority is continually proven wrong and not believe without proof.

Answer by jethro_derwood
Some say PT Barnum said that.
